Established in year 2004, MAD impact is a Musical Theatre Arts Education Production Management in Hong Kong. MAD is an acronym for “Make A Difference” that sums up the stage production on Musical, Performing Arts, Dance and Drama.

Phase 1: Shoppertainment
MAD impact began in malls and exhibitions, blending shopping with entertainment to engage families, brands, and communities. Known for creativity and spectacle, it built a strong reputation in commercial spaces.
Phase 2: Education
MAD impact expanded into schools, partnering with 100+ institutions to deliver ECAs that foster creativity, confidence, and teamwork. It also designed teacher workshops, shifting its mission from entertainment to transforming education through arts and holistic growth.

MAD impact aims to promote our principals for all ages, from students to teachers, from novice to professionals; through a tailor-made musical training is to enrich participants’ own self-improvement, be multi-tasking, a good teamwork, be a humble leader and a follower as to prepare themselves as future assets and pass-it-on the inspirational concepts with passion.
